The State Program “Health” of the Respected President of Turkmenistan Mr.Gurbanguly Berdimukhamedov, defininig the basic courses of the policy and constant care for health protection of country population, indicates on the development and strengthening of the material and technical basic of the medical centers.
The country people is very glad that the Respected President of Turkmenistan Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimukhamedov was at the beginnings of all achievements on health protection of country population at the period of Independence, it is pleased that he lives and works among the people and knows the chosen by him direction of the work perfectly.
The internal prosperity, solidarity of the people and common wellbeing of the country headily raises the international prestige of our State. In epoch of well-being of our State the concerning for people health is one of the major tasks. The increasing of the social and improvement of their welfare including proving with comfortable houses, timely wages, pension, financial assistance, opening of new work placed affects positively on the indexes of the health state of country population.
The construction of Pharmaceutical Enterprise was carried out according to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan №11754 dated July 19, 2011y. “About construction of the Pharmaceutical Enterprise for infusion solutions production in Ashgabat city”
The enterprise is equipped with production and auxiliary machines, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis devices of the world famous companies of Germany, England, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Japan and USA. Operation of all production and other machines is interconnected through the computer and conducted according to requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia and GMP Standards.
The enterprise consists of 3 basic departments: production department, technical department and quality control department.
Producing capacity of the enterprise is 10 million vials per year.

ANALYTICAL LABORATORY OF QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
The laboratory is equipped with Polari meter of “KRUSS OPTRONIK” company (Germany), Theometod instrument of “GENERAL ELEKTRIK SIEWERS” company (USA), Chromatograph of “HITACHI” company (JAPAN), Flaming Photometer “SHERWOOD” company (USA), Spectrophotometer “GENESYS” company (GERMANY), machine for inspection of polypropylene vials sealing of “Plumat” company (Germany).
The chemical composition of water for injection solutions, qualitative and quantitative composition of finished injection solutions are inspected at the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of European Pharmacopeeia.
MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY OF QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
The laboratory is equipped with Krioskop of “ADVANCED” company (USA), Hatcher of “VWR” company (Germany), high qualitative Microscope of “NIKON” company (Japan).
Production Department consists of 6 subdivisions, which are interconnected through the computer. All production processes are conducted according to GMP standarts.
WATER PREPARATION DEPARTMENT
The water used in production is purified by Osmosis Unit of “BWT” company (Germany). Then by means of 5-phase distiller of “Steris” company (Finland) the injection water is prepared which then is subjected to the European Pharmacopeia. In case of positive results of analyses, the usage of this water for injection solutions preparation is authorized.
SOLUTION PREPARATION DEPARTMENT
The solution preparation is fulfilled at aseptic conditions, in automated regime, in two specialized tanks of 5000liters each, made by “Tankki” company, (Finland). There is the vacuum elevator for bags with raw material in this department, made by “Carl Stahl” company (Germany) for 500kg, 50kg and 5kg.
The prepared injection solution is subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis.
MACHINE FOR POLYPROPYLENE FEEDSTOCK MAKING
The department is equipped with the high qualitative machine of “Engel” company (Austria). This machine makes in automated regime the feedstock from propylene, which is intended for blowing the vials of 250 ml and 500 ml. the machine producing capacity is 2500 feedstock per hour.
MACHINE FOR BLOWING AND FORMING OF POLYETHYLENE VIALS, FILLING AND SEALING
Machine made by “Plumat” company (Germany), operates in automated regime through the computer with Injection Solution Preparation Department.
The feedstock from propylene are blowing by means of halogen heaters, forming into vials, and then vials are filled by injection solution and sealed. The machine producing capacity is 2000 vials of 500 ml or 2250 vials of 250 ml per hour.
The department is equipment with the sterilization equipment of “Getinge” company (Sweden). The equipment in automated regime sterilizes 4000 vials of 500 ml 5000 vials of 250 ml per one cycle.
Sterilization is fulfilled at 115oC within 30 minutes.
Complete information about the process of sterilization is printed on the paper by means of the special printer. This information is attached to the report on prepared batch of the solution.
CONTROL AND LABELING DEPARTMENT
This department inspects the quality, volume and foreign particles availability in vials with solution after their sterilization, and then vials in automated regime are labeled on the labeling machine of “Newman” company (UK). The special instrument marks on the labels the number of batch, manufacture date and expiry date of prepared injection solution.
The finished injection solutions by means of special conveyer are transferred to workers, who pack them into cartons. Finished products by means of special elevator of “Mitsubishi” company (Japan) transported to the quarantine storehouse. At the storehouse the finished products are subjected to microbiological analysis within 14 days. In case of compliance the results of analysis with the required standards the injection solutions are transported to the FG storehouse and their selling is permitted.
