About the factory

Construction of the factory was performed according to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan №12548 from September, 14th, 2012 “On construction of the pharmaceutical factories at the Ministry of Health and the medical industry of Turkmenistan”. The nature of Turkmenistan is rich on different natural means of curative properties. Among them there are different medical clay and sea salts.

Clay could be of two types: mud and volcanic. Mollakara clay is known not only in our country, but aalso all over the world. Because of its multiple curative properties the Sanatorium Mollakara is very popular. Cosmetology properties of Mollakara clay have been studied recently and confirmed to produce a good effect on a skin. It promotes regeneration of cells and skin firming, acceleration of hypodermic blood circulation, anti-ageing effect, skin purification and treatment and prevents cellulites formation.

The factory consists of 2 basic units: Industrial unit and quality control unit.

Industrial unit

Operation of the unit is on a high level according to the European requirements. The unit consists of 4 units which operation is interfacing through computer control system.

Water preparation unit

In this section a unit of the return osmosis “Housing” is operating which is provided by Italian company Aquiline. The unit is capable to produce 500 litres of the fresh water per 1 hour. Water used for production corresponds to the European standards. The fresh water in aseptic environment automatically is transported to a special tank of a capacity 3 000 liters.

 Unit of clay cleaning and packing

Clay from natural source is cleaned of large stones and other mechanical impurities by a special sieve. Then it is pumped in a reactor, is mixed with the fresh water on a certain proportion and is sent to a packing line. Over there it is packed into bottles, a bottle neck is covered by an aluminum foil and closed by a cover. On bottles labels are pasted, then bottles are packed into cardboard boxes and transported to a warehouse. The industrial equipment is produced in Turkey on Italian technologies by companies Elektromag, Usulpak and Setpak.

They are capable to pack various clay on 50 gr, 120bgr, 300 gr, 600 gr 1 000 gr Average capacity of the equipment is 600 packs per 1 hour.Unit of salt cleaning and packing Salt from natural source first is crushed till the necessary size of particles, then on special sieve by magnets is cleared of stones, metals and other impurities. The cleaned salt on multistage sieve is divided on some fractions. Then in a special reactor according to industrial regulations a salt is enriched by aromatizers and dyes. On a packing line salt is packed and special lotion is added to it, the bottle neck is sealed by an aluminium foil and is closed by a cover. On bottles labels are pasted, then bottles are packed into cardboard boxes and transported to a warehouse. After a multistage sieve some part of salt by a special press is pressed in tablets. Tablets are made of a weight 15 gr, 25 gr 160 gr. Salt in tablets of a weight 15 gr is used on the unit of the return osmosis for regeneration. Various herbs tinctures are added to salt in tablets weight 25 gr to enrich curative effect. These salts are packed into cardboard boxes.The industrial equipment is produced in Turkey on Italian technologies by companies Elektromag, Usulpak and Setpak. They are capable to pack various clay on 25 gr, 160 gr, 250 and 500 gr Average capacity of the equipment is 600 packs per 1 hour.

Quality control and microbiology unit

In this unit the pH-metre, a water composition determinant, refractometer, refractometer densitometer and other analytical devices are installed. Here according to modern requirements qualitative and quantitative analyses of the water used in manufacture, and also finished goods are carried out.
